All our prices are quoted as Ex-Works. This means that you are responsible for all shipping costs.

Insurance can be arranged for the goods if requested.

Items will be shipped by Newbury Facilities contracted courier unless notified in writing at time of order. Current charges are applicable.

The charge is either actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is the greater.

Heavy items maybe shipped by more economical means as agreed at the time of ordering.

Duties and Customs:

You are responsible for all such costs as customs, tariffs, taxes, duties and other such costs as and when the goods arrive in your country.

Payment:

Goods will only be released for shipment when the payment is received in full and cleared through our bank.

All goods and repaired services will remain the property of Newbury Facilities Limited until all payments are received in full.

US Export Control Regulations:

As some items are of US origin. You are responsible for ensuring that current U.S. State Department Export Control Regulations are complied with. You may be asked to complete and return a US Export Control Regulation declaration form.

Quotations:

Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date sent.

Claims:

Claims for faulty goods as supplied must be made within 15 days from receipt of goods as evidence by the signed carriers receipt (POD)

 These terms and Conditions apply to all transactions unless agreed by email first.
