Newbury Facilities was set up by Cliff James in 1995, he has worked with Electrostatic
Plotters since 1980. He has been successfully supplying a repair service to Versatec long before he established Xerox Engineering Systems European Repair Facility. During these 25 plus years he has acquired a vast amount of knowledge through hands-on experience in repairing and refurbishing electrostatic writing heads, electronic PWA’s and other assemblies. He was also responsible for the introduction of the fountain refurbishment programme in Europe following training by the manufacturers.

Newbury Facilities is located in a secure 3,500 sq. ft electronic workshop with full ESD control, environmental test room, storage and logistic facilities, ideally suited to process electronic spares and assemblies in a secure 24 Hr environment.

Newbury Facilities are a quality conscious company, based on Xerox Quality Management Training. All repairs and refurbishment's are subject to an internal quality control process and stringent tests in a working environment.

Based in the UK, Newbury Facilities has an experienced, skilled workshop facility for the refurbishment of modules, sub-assemblies, plotters and peripheral equipment.

Newbury Facilities acquired the specialist test equipment and jigs from Xerox ColorgrafX manufacturing plant when it closed. This enables Newbury Facilities to repair and refurbish heads to assist XES spare's requirement.
