What We Do

Fuser Units

• Strip down assembly to individual components
• Check and clean components
• Replace worn and or damaged parts
• Rebuild assembly using manufactures specifications
• Test using set test procedure

Developer Assemblies

• Units emptied in a controlled environment
• Striped and cleaned in controlled environment
• Replace worn and or damaged parts
• Surface of Mag. Roll checked optically
• Rebuild assembly using manufactures specifications

Paper Transports

• Strip assembly to individual components
• Check and clean components
• Check all paper path rollers for ware against manufactures specifications
• Replace components that are worn, damaged
• Rebuild to current specification and process
• Test unit with approved process

Electrostatic Writing Heads

• Faults diagnosed and repaired in an ESD controlled environment
• Re-profiled, lapped and polished
• Individual nibs inspected by CCTV
• Nibs re-aligned and spacing adjusted
• Inspected against Manufacturers specifications
• Final tests in a controlled environment
• Test prints packaged with head for Engineer/customer confidence

Electronic Sub-Assemblies

• Low volume specialist repair service for PSU's, Control boards, Interface boards
• All repairs at ESD workstations
• All repaired assemblies are tested in a working printer/plotter environment
• Individually packaged and ESD sealed
• Labelled with part no/description/product/Job Number
